Main splash page.

When a user is not logged in the only valid options are "Login" or "Signup".
Any other menu option will automatically pull up the "Login Screen".

 

This splash page can be customized to follow your companies look an feel. See the FileAdmins customization section for further details and pricing.

 

Login Screen

At the login screen a user can login, signup for a new account or retrieve lost or forgotten passwords.

The "Sign up for an account" is a configurable option that can be enabled or disabled when setting up FileAdmin for a organization. This allows the organizations admin user to control who gets access an who does not.

 

Signup Screen

When a user signs up their default priviledges are none. This means they have no ability to do much of anything.

To signup the user has to fill out all fields in the following form.

Once a user signs up the administration user of the site will be notified with a automated email response to let them know a new user signed up.

 

Password Recovery Screen

During password recovery the user must key in their email address that was used in their profile.

A new password will automaticaly be generated and emailed to the email address specified.

Once the new password is received the user should login an change it to suit their needs.
