File Maintenance Screen

Once logged into the virtual file system all files a user has access to are displayed.

The information displayed will be current folder and any other folders under the parent. File information displayed is the description of the file, size, last edit and any actions the user that is logged in has been given (Upload, Modify, Delete). Also displayed is the total space used in the current folder.

If a user has permission to upload a file this would be the screen that is shown.

• File description
• File to upload.
• The default behavior of the file link when clicked on in the "File Maintenance" area.
• The file can also belong to a group. The groups that are available will be dependent on what groups the user belongs to. User and Group setup are configurable in the administration section.
• Folder to place the file under.
  

Upload Screen Admin User

If a user has administrative permissions then a few more menu options become available.

By default when files are uploaded the user that uploads the file is the owner.

• Admin users can select who owns the file.
• Admin users have access to all groups.
